Comfort Critters Pet Sitting

Member of Pet Sitters International. I’m also bonded and insured. We are a full time, 365 days a year organization that puts your critters (kids) first. Comfort Critters Pet Sitting provides your dog, cat and/or other pets the care they need and are accustomed to while you are away - right in their own home. Our services prevent stress from unfamiliar surroundings, avoid transportation trauma and eliminate exposure to disease.

I am originally from Michigan and moved to Kansas City in 1983. I’m a retired law enforcement officer with over 25 years of service with the Department of Justice. I have been a volunteer with the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City (HSGKC). After volunteering at HSGKC, I decided I wanted to follow my passion and work with animals. We always had some critter (cat or dog) while I was growing up and currently I have two female gray cats, Georgie and Layla, which are part of my family.

My experience with in home pet care has been wonderful. Raggs gets to stay in his familiar surroundings and I do not have to worry about him. He loves the attention given while all his needs are being met. It is fun to return home and have him greet me with all the affection that he normally shows. I also received a complete report of what was done at each visit, so I felt assured that Raggs was being well taken care of. I highly recommend this service.

Kevin is wonderful. He comes in once a week to spend time with our year old dachshund. He takes her for walks, plays with her, & feeds her. We feel very fortunate to have found someone who is so honest and dependable.
